By using our website or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using our website or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use this website or purchase our Services. By using SignXCA.in, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.

2. Services Offered

SignXCA.in provides a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Issuance and Renewal of Digital Signature Certificates (Class 3, DGFT, etc.)

• e-Tendering DSCs

• Document Signing and Encryption Solutions

• Bulk DSC Solutions for Enterprises

• DSC USB Token Procurement and Integration Support

• Technical Assistance for e-filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, GeM, etc.)

The availability and scope of services may be subject to change at our sole discretion, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account and provide valid identification documents and information for verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. KYC Compliance

Digital Signature Certificates are issued in accordance with the guidelines set by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India. We are obligated to collect and verify your KYC documents before issuing DSCs. Failure to provide valid documentation will result in the denial of service.

5. Payment and Pricing

All fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of order via the payment methods provided on our platform. Prices listed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since the issuance of a DSC involves third-party verification and regulatory compliance, payments once made are non-refundable, except in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate payment made in error

• Service not deliverable due to valid rejection by the Certifying Authority and no fault on the user’s part

Refund requests must be raised within 5 business days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation is not possible once the DSC application has been submitted for verification.

7. Use of Website and Services

You agree not to use the website or services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

• To upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or other users’ accounts

We reserve the right to monitor usage and to restrict or terminate access for any behavior we deem harmful or in violation of this Agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include integrations or links to third-party websites and services (e.g., Certifying Authorities, payment gateways, government portals). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of such third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, text, logos, and other materials on the website are the intellectual property of Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or to us.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the website and Services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
