REFUND POLICY

At Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver top-notch service and quality products. However, in the rare event that a return is necessary, the following return and refund policy will apply.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the case of defective products. If you receive a defective item:

  • Ensure the item is properly packed to prevent any damage to the original packaging during return transit.

  • The return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.

  • In case of damage to the returned product or its original packaging, Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine a fair refund value, which will be binding on both parties.

Before initiating a return, please email us at sales@efilinginfotech.com with the subject line “For Return” to obtain a Return Receipt Number.
Note: Returns without a valid Return Receipt Number will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item:

  • The refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days.

  • For payments made by Cheque or Demand Draft, please allow additional time for delivery and clearance.

Incorrect Shipments / Transit Damage / Defective Products

If the product is:

  • Incorrectly shipped,

  • Damaged in transit,

  • Or has manufacturing defects,

You may email us at sales@efilinginfotech.com to request a Return Receipt Number.
In such cases:

  • We will bear the return shipping charges.

  • A replacement product will be sent to you within 7 working days.

  • If the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue a full refund instead of a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be initiated for issues related to incomplete documentation, missing attestation, or non-submission of application forms.

  • Attestation of documents is a mandatory requirement for processing Digital Signature applications.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of placing the order by emailing sales@efilinginfotech.com.

  • Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled are non-refundable.
